At St. Matthew’s you’ll find a church family of all ages keen to grow in our Christian faith, committed to learning from the Bible and actively seeking to serve our local community as an expression of our love for Jesus Christ.
We’re a church for the whole family, with ‘Sunday Club’ providing Bible based age-appropriate activities for children from 0-12.
Our highest priority is learning from the Bible together. At every service the focal point is the Bible’s teaching as we seek to apply it’s truths to our everyday lives.
We are part of the Church of England, but welcome all Christians from any denomination or background. We are also members of the Sussex Gospel Partnership and the Evangelical Alliance.

8:00 am : Holy Communion (BCP) (Except 1st Sunday)
10:30 am : Morning Service
1st Holy Communion
2nd Service of the Word
3rd All Age Service, followed by a bring & share lunch.
4th Service of the Word
5th Various

Children’s Sunday Club:
Click here to see our Sunday club information for children aged 0-12. Sunday club runs every week during the 10:30 am service (except when it’s All-Age). We also have a monthly group for those a little older.
